A delicate infusion made from hand-picked coffee blossoms grown at 2,000 m (6,561 ft) in Medellín, Colombia.

Harvested at peak bloom and carefully processed using techniques inspired by traditional Japanese tea making, the blossoms are aged for 7 months to develop a naturally sweet and refined profile with notes of dried apricot, chamomile, jasmine, and sweet tobacco.
