Hand-harvested at 2,000 m (6,561 ft) above sea level in Medellín, Colombia, our Geisha Coffee Blossom Tea is a unique expression of our farm's biodiversity. Picked just three days after reaching their peak bloom, these blossoms undergo a meticulous process inspired by traditional Japanese tea making to preserve their freshness and complexity.

Aged for 7 months, this infusion develops a refined and nuanced flavor profile, with a natural sweetness and notes of dried apricot, chamomile, jasmine, and sweet tobacco, along with a smooth mouthfeel similar to pu-erh tea.

Brewing Instructions

1️⃣ Use 3g of blossoms per 100g of water
2️⃣ Pour boiling water over the blossoms
3️⃣ Steep for 3:30 min, strain, and enjoy
