At CR Café, we ship from Colombia to anywhere in the world, with delivery times and rates based on the destination and weight of your order.

🌍 International Shipping

• We ship to all countries where FedEx operates.

• Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

• We offer a flat shipping rate for orders up to 3 kg.

• For orders above 3 kg, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight and volume.

• We do not offer free shipping.

🇨🇴 Domestic Shipping (Colombia)

• We use Servientrega or local couriers, depending on your location.

• Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.

• Shipping rates vary depending on weight, size, and destination.

🏪 In-Store Pickup

• You may pick up your order at our store or coffee farm by prior arrangement.

• This option is free of charge but requires coordination via email.

📦 Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

• Once payment is confirmed, orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

• You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
