Hand-harvested at 2000 MASL in Medellín, Colombia, our Geisha Coffee Blossom Tea is a unique expression of our farm’s biodiversity. Collected just three days after peak bloom, these blossoms undergo a meticulous process inspired by traditional Japanese tea-making to preserve their freshness and complexity.

Aged for 7 months, this infusion develops a refined, layered flavor profile with a naturally sweet taste, featuring notes of dried apricots, chamomile, jasmine, and sweet tobacco, with a smooth, pu-erh-like mouthfeel.

Brewing Instructions

1️⃣ Use 3 g of blossoms per 100 g of water
2️⃣ Pour boiling water over the blossoms
3️⃣ Steep for 3:30 min, strain, and enjoy

🔁 Rebrew for a multi-layered experience:

• Second infusion: Steep for 4:30 min
• Third infusion: Steep for 5:30 min
